Vi befinner oss nu i en expansiv fas där vi söker en Regionchef för vår nordliga verksamhet inom affärsområdet Dewire som är ett av fem affärsområden inom Knightec.
Från våra kontor i Göteborg, Stockholm och Sundsvall kan vi med vår inriktning inom Cloud Computing, Data+AI och Software Engineering samverka med våra kunder till nya nivåer. Våra kunder har typiskt digitalisering och teknikfokus. De fokuserar ofta på att skapa och leverera banbrytande produkter som utnyttjar de tekniska framstegen. De tillhandahåller en kraftfull blandning av den digitala och den fysiska världen.
Våra kunder verkar vanligtvis internationellt och är ledande i sina branscher som Automotive, Biotech, Energy, Telco, Medtech och Industry. Vi jobbar ofta i team med resultatet av teamarbetet i fokus.
Denna roll är avgörande för att fortsätta vår framgångsrika tillväxt och för att ytterligare stärka vår position på marknaden. Därför söker vi nu en Regionchef med ett starkt entreprenörskap och med en profil mot ingenjörsarbete inom produkt- och tjänsteutveckling.
Vad innebär rollen?
Som Regionchef för Dewire North kommer du att ha ett helhetsansvar för att driva och utveckla verksamheten i regionen och verka i de sammanhang som våra kunder befinner sig i. Detta för att ständigt förstå vart kunderna är på väg och förstå deras utmaningar på vägen. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att omfatta:
Strategisk, taktisk och operativ ledning av regionens verksamhet för att uppnå uppsatta mål inom t.ex. tillväxt, lönsamhet, satsningsområden samt verksamhet- och personalutveckling.
Aktivt deltagande inom försäljning och leveranser med ansvar för avtal med kunder och leverantörer inom offentliga och privata sektorer.
Ledarskap som omfattar rekrytering, utveckling och coachning av medarbetare samt säkerställande av en attraktiv arbetsplats.
Utveckling och genomförande av affärsstrategier i samarbete med övriga regioner inom Dewire för att optimera verksamhetens resultat.
Aktivt deltagande i våra partnersamarbeten, primärt med AWS, Microsoft Azure och Databricks i syfte att bygga upp affärsområdets förmåga, affär och leveranser.

Du rapporterar direkt till affärsområdeschefen, är en viktig del av ledningsgruppen i Dewire och utgår från vårt kontor i centrala Sundsvall.

Du bör vara en prestigelös lagspelare som är van vid att bygga och utveckla en verksamhet med individen i fokus och med en god kultur. Förmågan att etablera och underhålla professionella kundrelationer är avgörande, och ett etablerat nätverk av affärskontakter är en fördel.
Då rollen innebär resande, är ett giltigt B-körkort ett krav.

Som Engineering Manager kommer du att spendera merparten av din tid i kunduppdrag och troligtvis är du den som kan gå in och leda nya kunduppdrag med team från oss. Resterande tid kommer du arbeta med att leda samt ansvara för att växa och utveckla ditt team. Du kommer ansvara för medarbetare som kan ha olika befattningar som t.ex. Developer, Lead Developer, Software Architect, QA/Test, Team Lead och Scrum Master.

Därför är du rätt för den här rollen
Du har en lång och gedigen erfarenhet och bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling eller närliggande områden. Med dina erfarenheter från dina tidigare projekt som konsult eller anställd kan du agera självständigt och vara en inspirerande förebild för ditt team där du förstår vikten av metodiskt arbete samt ordning och reda. Erfarenhet av att ha haft någon slags ledande roll i uppdrag är ett krav, har du dessutom ledarerfarenheter från exempelvis koordinerande roller eller projektledning är det meriterande.
