What we are looking for

We are looking for a “Master Data and Supply Chain Specialist” for our EcoFit Manufacturing site in Sundsvall Sweden.

Responsibilities
Manage the master data in the ERP system and act as a key user for the site
Administration of customer orders to the Business Central (ERP)
Support planning process with project managers and lead MPP/SIOP
Ordering project related inside and outside group material
Support supplier quality improvements by monitoring the defect rates
Make the logistic arrangements for finished goods

Responsibilities
The main purpose of this PMO admin is to deliver and to support the EMEA ISC AM region on CapEx project controls: project progress and cost reporting, expenditure planning incl. forecasting and next to is change logging and document management. Delegation of project control activities by “guidance & control” (within the Master Service Alliances) of external contractors in cooperation and clear alignment with Project Managers to achieve transparent overall project reporting following our SAP budgeting and WBS cost structure .

Project Controls is about to develop and realize project control reporting for projects
Aiming for the Result: Approved Budget is aligned based on the project execution plan, project procurement plan, cost estimate and contingency plan.
Monthly reporting on status/actuals/progress/Budget to complete project (EAC and ETC) and proper forecasting.

Experience with Excel is a must and experience with SAP (ARIMA) is a preference.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or related disciplines

We are now seeking our next Operational Excellence Manager! You will be responsible for the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence activities within ISC Operations with key focus on our manufacturing sites. Main responsibilities
In the role as Operational Excellence Manager you will lead critical growth-/improvement projects at sites, sometimes for the whole region and occasionally in functions. You will also identify performance losses/gaps and define opportunities for improvement in our sites. You coach, train and guide sites on the Nouryon standard work processes (ALPS) and systems. The role primarily works in the region and, as required, will assist in initiatives on a global basis.
The Operational Excellence Manager is a key resource for the ISC organization in helping to build a long term operational excellence / continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you are passionate about continuous improvement and a L6S content expert, an effective change agent, a skilled project manager and a good instructor.
You have a high social competence, customer focus and act with high integrity. You are confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work in a fast-paced environment. You also possess the ability to work efficiently and you know how to prioritize in your daily work together with others.
We also see that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree minimum, related to technical, supply chain, engineering or related fields.
Proven continuous improvement, Lean(6S) experience and/or certified L6S Black Belt.
Extensive knowledge and expert use in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Demonstrated exposure to a variety of lean tools (value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, flow, pull, SMED, etc.
Confident in leading and facilitating lean events
Confident in delivering and coaching in lean training
Solid Problem Solving methodology skills
Associate involvement at all levels in continuous improvement activities
Strong project management skills and operational (manufacturing, supply chain) experience/knowledge
Strong communication/presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.

Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Operational Excellence Team lead and based at one of our production site in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik or Alby, Sweden and will support all three sites, so travel will be required.
