Your role and responsibilities
As an Advanced Process Control Engineer, you will have a lead technical role in our delivery projects and in supporting the performance of our installed systems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their processes and to find the best control solutions and operations to optimize the performance through APC and Production Planning and Optimization solutions.


The business and investments are rapidly growing in this area. Therefore, we are looking to strengthen our team in Sundsvall. In this role you will work hands on process identification/modeling, control and optimization strategy development, APC engineering & deployment, model-based control tuning, theoretical analyses, and performance evaluation, as well as direct communication with users of our solutions. This job allows you to work with innovative technologies in a customer focused and international environment.


You will mainly be accountable for:
Support the initial analyses of process performance and opportunities for improvements in the sales phase of a Project.
Act as a lead engineer with the functional responsibility within a project for process analyses, control specification, application adaption and functional tests.
Commissioning of the system at the customer plant with model identification, controller programming, control tuning and verification.
Responsibility for data collection and results analysis, providing the base for reaching contractual performance guarantees.
Operator and Engineer training.
Communicate activities and results to the customer project team and process operators.
Conduct regular service audits and activities on the installed systems as well as assuming assignments to change and improve existing systems within our service operations.
The work is carried out partly in the office, with remote connections to customer sites and partly travelling to customer plants distributed all over the region.



Qualifications for the role
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent preferable in control theory.
Prior work experience from the pulp and paper industry is a merit.
Advanced Process Control Engineer
Prior work experience with PLCs/DCS (IEC 61131) programming is a merit
Knowledge in Matlab, Python, and other modelling tools is an advantage.
Knowledge in first principles, modeling and previous experience in production planning, an optimization is an advantage.
You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
Ability to present results, based on theoretical analysis and performance evaluation, in a comprehensive and straightforward fashion.
As a person you are both analytical, experimental and innovative.
Strong communication skills
For the position you are required to hold a Swedish B-driver's license.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som kontrollanläggningsingenjör ansvarar du för framtagning gällande elkonstruktion av elsystem inom mellan- och högspänning, som tex reläskyddsterminaler, kontrollsystem och ställverk samt provning ute hos kund. Primärt arbetar vi med fabrikaten ABB och Siemens. Andra fabrikat förekommer. Projekten genomförs i stationer med spänningsområdet 10-400kV.

Resor är en naturlig del av tjänsten där övernattningar förekommer. Körkort B är ett krav.

Tjänsten är placerad i Sundsvall.



Vem är du

Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet som kontrollanläggningsingenjör eller likvärdiga arbetsuppgifter inom distribution/region- och eller stamnät. Vi är också intresserade av att få kontakt med dig som är nyutexaminerad och vill växa med oss. Har du erfarenhet av att arbeta med reläskydd och dess funktioner ser vi det som ett stort plus.

Responsibilities
To our QA/RC team we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist focusing on production, supply chain and related product realization activities for Power wheelchairs in Timrå. In this role you will develop and manage assigned processes within the QMS, supporting the organization to continuously improve the quality system. You will also work with approving quality documents, participate in and approve risk assessments, and records such as eg CAPAs and changes.

You will be a part of a team working together to support the organization where team members also have primary areas of responsibilities as QA for certain functions and QMS processes. Location: On Site Timrå/Sundsvall.

Key Duties
In this role you will coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers or authorities, both during audits and with follow-up of findings and corrective actions, as well as, initiate and/or lead projects to improve quality assurance processes and monitor risk management activities
• Ensure that assigned QMS processes are compliant to all applicable regulatory requirements medical device (Class I EMA & Class II US) in accordance with MDR 2017/745, ISO13485 and FDA cGMP regulations 21 CFR part 820 for EMEA
• Review the implementation and efficiency of QMS processes within the organization working together with stakeholders, especially R&D with focus on design assurance
• Quality representative in design and development assignments and projects to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Function as process responsible / process owner for assigned QMS processes
• Support quality reporting, KPI collection and assessment.
• Act as internal auditor

Your profile
Your background
• Master degree or Bachelors degree preferably in science and engineering.
• Good knowledge of quality systems, quality assurance and regulatory standards within the Medical Device or Pharma industry (preferably within Medical Device), based on some years’ experience in a relevant role
• Good knowledge of risk management, ISO 14971:2019 meritorious
• Fluent in English both oral and written , other languages meritorious.
To succeed in this role you have personal drive, attention to details and great problem solving capabilities. We are looking for a team oriented person with great communication skills. In this role it is important to have the natural characteristics of great leadership and having the ability to develop efficient processes.
