Vår kund inom offentlig sektor i Sundsvall bygger upp en ny digital infrastruktur och stärker sin DevOps-kapacitet. Som en del av denna satsning söker vi två DevOps-teamleads med både stark teknisk bakgrund och dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda agila DevOps-team.

Du kommer arbeta nära utvecklingsteamen som ansvarar för att skapa API-drivna komponenter, mikrotjänster och API-infrastruktur. Uppdraget omfattar även livscykelhantering av dessa komponenter samt att förbättra verktyg, processer och arbetssätt i samarbete med övriga team i organisationen.

Dina Arbetsuppgifter
Leda och coacha agila DevOps-team i det dagliga arbetet
Faciliterar agila ceremonier såsom daily stand-ups, refinements, planering och retrospektiv
Arbeta kontinuerligt med att förbättra arbetssätt, leveransprocesser och teamritualer
Bryta ner verksamhetsbehov till tekniska krav, Epics och Stories
Bidra i arkitekturarbete och säkerställa att lösningar följer API-first och mikrotjänstprinciper
Driva livscykelhantering av API:er och relaterade komponenter
Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt för att förbättra verktyg och utvecklingspraktiker


Krav för att lyckas (Ska-krav)
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att leda ett agilt DevOps-team
Stark erfarenhet av att facilitera agila ceremonier och förbättra teamens arbetssätt
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling, lösningsarkitektur och kravnedbrytning
God förståelse för modulär IT-arkitektur och API-first
Erfarenhet av teknisk arkitektur som stödjer mikrotjänster
Erfarenhet av API-livscykelhantering i WSO2 API Manager
Minst 1 års erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling inom kommunsektorn
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och förmåga att tolka verksamhetsbehov
Håller sig uppdaterad inom sitt område och delar gärna kunskap


Meriterande
Erfarenhet av BPMN, Camunda eller liknande verktyg
Erfarenhet av rollen som Produktägare i ett DevOps-team
Ytterligare erfarenhet från offentlig sektor

Job Description:
We are seeking two IT technicians level 3, each at 100% of a full-time position. One of the full-time positions is currently available. Proficiency in Swedish is mandatory for this position.
The consultant will be on-site at the Försäkringskassan offices in Sundsvall for approximately two weeks for the project initiation. After that, the assignment can be performed remotely upon agreement. Parts of the assignment may need to be carried out in Sundsvall, approximately once a month.
The assignment involves designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining Db2 databases. The consultant will be part of a database team and perform tasks as a resource in development teams in one or more parallel projects. On-call duty may be included in the assignment.
Location: Sundsvall (Remote work is OK)
Key Responsibilities:
The offered consultant must meet the following skills and experience requirements. It is important that the consultant has current knowledge, so each skill and experience listed below must have been at least partially acquired within the last 7 years.
The offered consultant must have skills in database management and database design, as well as a good understanding of performance implications.
The offered consultant must have at least 3 years of experience as a DBA in relational databases on Unix/Linux platforms.
The offered consultant must have at least 2 years of experience designing logical and physical databases using Power Designer or equivalent.

Requirements:
Experience as a DBA in Db2 on Unix/Linux platforms.
Security Clearance
The assignment requires that the offered consultant undergoes a security clearance. The consultant may not start the assignment before the security clearance is approved.Why Join Us?
