We are now recruiting Service technicians to Härnösand Sweden.
We are looking for a candidate who is open minded and would appreciate to work on different types of wind turbine platforms and different sites.
You will work mainly with the following:

* Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
* Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
* Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
* Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.
* Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who has at least a high school education with a technical focus. Education in electricity, hydraulics or mechanics is a huge advantage, as well as experience in wind power. You have a flexible schedule and have a driving license, as you will be driving to our different sites.
If you get offered the position you will be getting a health check and a drug test before you start.
You can communicate clearly both in Swedish and English, and you preferably already live in the area or are ready to move to the region.

Efterfrågan på energi från förnybara källor växer snabbt i takt med ökade klimatförändringar. Vill du vara med och bidra till att skapa grön energi till kommande generationer hos en av de marknadsledande vindkraftsproducenterna? Siemens Gamesa rekryterar nu en Site Lead som kommer att vara ansvarig för teamet på den nya vindkraftsparken i Timrå kommun samt för en befintlig site, norr om Härnösand.


Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Site Lead kommer du primärt att ansvara för en ny vindkraftspark som ligger cirka fem mil norr om Timrå, i Västernorrlands län. Du kommer även att ansvara för en befintlig site, norr om Härnösand med fem turbiner.
Vindkraftparken är under uppbyggnad och kommer att bestå av 42 turbiner som tillhör den nyaste SG 5X plattformen och har en kapacitet på 6,6 MW.
Som Site Lead kommer du att ansvara för den dagliga driften och du kommer att leda och fördela arbetet för ditt team, bestående av fyra vindkraftstekniker.
Din roll kommer bland annat att innebära:
· Planering och samordning av planerat underhåll samt akut service av turbinerna.
· Driva förbättringsåtgärder och modifieringar för att säkerställa högsta möjliga kvalité och driftsäkerhet till kunderna.
· Du genomför och följer upp verksamhetsplaner samt stödjer, motiverar och utvecklar ditt team för att nå enhetens uppsatta mål.
· Bygga långsiktiga relationer med kunder och leverantörer och säkerställa god service.
· Resursplanering, schemaläggning och semesterplanering tillsammans med det centrala teamet.
· Säkerställa ett kontinuerligt och systematiskt säkerhets- och arbetsmiljöarbete
· Daglig rapportering och dokumentation i affärssystemet SAP
Tjänsten som Site Lead kommer att innebära en del resor, särskilt under upplärningsperioden det första året.


Kvalifikationer och erfarenheter
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet inom el, mekanik och/eller hydraulik, gärna en eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning. Det är en fördel att ha erfarenhet av en teknisk serviceorganisation och det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet från vindkraft. Du har tidigare erfarenhet som ledare samt goda ledaregenskaper och förmågan att coacha och motivera ditt team. Dina datorkunskaper är goda och du uttrycker dig obehindrat i svenska samt har goda kunskaper i engelska. B-körkort är ett krav.
Du är bekväm med att arbeta på höga höjder och är van vid att ha ett högt fokus på säkerhet och arbetsmiljö.
