Preferred skills
To succeed in the role you have:
A law degree and interest for tax and economics, or an economics degree with great interest in tax law.
Preferably about 4-5 years of experience or more in working as a consultant from law firm, firm of accountants, Tax Authority or the business sector.
Advanced skills in English and Swedish is a requirement.

We are now hiring an associate to our Assurance unit within PwC Sweden!

A career as an Audit Associate within Assurance PwC, will give you the opportunity to provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large entities. Working as an Audit Associate within Assurance Sundsvall you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. We work with a wide range of clients from small local private owned companies in Sundvall, municipalities and companies owned by municipalities or Regions, non-profit organizations, to clients with international reach.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Being responsible for assigned tasks as well as proactively assist the team in various
aspects of the project
- Ensuring that you are adhering to compliance matters
- Working on developing internal and external relationships and represent the PwC brand

You will be working in various teams assigned to different client projects in which you are expected to both proactively support as well as being responsible for specific parts of the project. In collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to take own responsibility at an early stage and be involved in the work that creates value for our clients. You will also have the possibility to learn more about advising.

We need to strengthen our Assurance team with Associates who want to build a solid foundation for a future career. You will help our clients to navigate regulatory complexity and strengthen trust and transparency.

We are looking for applicants that have an academic degree in Business and Economics, preferably within Accounting/Auditing, or will graduate in summer 2019. It is considered meritorious if you, after your graduation, meet the theoretical requirements for authorization (for information www.revisorsinspektionen.se). Furthermore you master Swedish and English in speech and writing. Swedish is our primarily working language.
